The Fort Lauderdale Orchid Show and Sale took place recently. It consists of a
competition for best individual flowers by individuals and best formal exhibit of 100, 150, or 200
square feet. Prizes are awarded.
The orchids on sale at the show are usually less expensive than in stores, and the variety
available is certainly the greatest you could find anywhere, so many people come each year and buy one or more orchids for their collection.
