Ms Chiharu dropped out of high school to be a full time painter.  She works in Tokyo.
She generally does not use a brush, but her fingers, arms, and elbows to apply paint.

Gugger takes pieces of newspaper and rolls them up, then weaves them in patterns to
make images.
